What to send for a fast quote

• The property. Address, property type and roughly how big it is. For multi-family, the number of units and buildings. For construction, the stage you need.
• The scope. What you want cleaned and how often. If you have a make-ready checklist or a vendor scope document, send it and we quote to it.
• Your timeline. When you need to start, and any deadline such as a handover, an inspection or a move-in date.
• Access and hours. When the building is empty or when crews can be on site. Most commercial work is scheduled after hours.
• A photo. For junk removal, pressure washing and cleanouts, one photo of the worst area gets you a price faster than any description.

What happens next

   We reply the same business day with questions or a walkthrough time. Small one-off jobs are often quoted from your photo without a visit.

   For recurring accounts we walk the property, then send a written scope listing every area, its frequency and a fixed monthly price.

3. 03

   You sign the scope, we brief the crew on your site, and the first visit is scheduled, usually within a week.
